Plain Bags

Plain (non-personalised) bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Personalised Bags

As each personalised bag is embroidered to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
