Each of my Memory Puppies is carefully handcrafted from fabric that holds special meaning to you. This might be clothing from a loved one, baby clothes, or even fabric from a wedding or another memorable event. I lovingly transform these fabrics into a beautiful, huggable puppy that serves as a unique and personalised tribute to your cherished memories.
Your Memory Puppy can be customised with embroidery—add a name, date, or a special message to make it even more meaningful. I’ll work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake that captures the spirit of your loved one or occasion.
I take great care and pride in every Memory Puppy I make. Using only high-quality materials, I handcraft each one in my studio, ensuring that every puppy has its own distinct character and personality.

For baby clothing, I recommend sending 4–6 baby grows.
For older children's clothing, 1–4 items usually works well.
If you'd like a Memory Puppy made from adult clothing, 1–2 items are typically enough—though I’m happy to incorporate more if you’d like.Each Memory Puppy is made to order and may take several weeks to complete, but the result is a timeless keepsake you'll treasure for years to come.

Due to the bespoke nature of each Memory Puppy, I am unable to CE safety test them. For this reason, they are sold as keepsakes only, and not as toys. They should not be left with children under the age of 14.
I cannot accept any liability for the misuse of your keepsake.
Memory Puppies are not suitable for hand or machine washing. To preserve their shape and detail, please spot clean only by gently wiping the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid tumble drying or submerging in water, as this may cause damage to the fabric or stuffing.
Each Memory Puppy is filled with 100% CE-tested polyester stuffing and carefully handmade to serve as a meaningful, lasting keepsake you can cherish for years to come.

Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your keepsake. If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to discuss.
Custom orders (made from your clothing) are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there’s a fault in the workmanship.
Non-custom items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Once I receive the item, I can offer a refund (minus original postage) or send a replacement—your choice. Return postage is your responsibility, and I recommend keeping proof of postage.Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're exchanging a non-custom item, I’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once I receive and check the returned item.
